Snoring

Snoring can compromise both your restful sleep and your relationship.

While occasional snoring is common and typically harmless, frequent snoring can degrade sleep quality, resulting in fatigue, irritability, high blood pressure and other health complications. Furthermore, if your snoring affects the sleep of your bed partner, it may strain your relationship.

The good news is that sleeping in separate bedrooms isn’t the only remedy for snoring. There are many effective solutions that can help both you and your bed partner sleep better at night and overcome the ‘sleep divorce’.
